Dr. Hoang Cong Phan is an interdisciplinary scientist and educator with over 13 years of experience across academia, industry, and startups in Vietnam and Australia. His professional journey spans roles in research, lecturing, technical consultancy, and business development in multinational companies and higher education institutions.
His research interests lie at the intersection of microbiology, biotechnology, insect-based ingredient development, and bio-corrosion. He has led R&D and operational projects in insect farming (Black Soldier Fly), feed and food applications, and corrosion science, bringing innovations from lab to industry.
Currently, Dr. Phan serves as a lecturer at TTU, and a managing consultant for various agritech businesses. He is also actively involved in international programs such as Aus4Skills and ASIIN, with multiple scientific publications and conference contributions.
