Dr. Bui Hong Thuy is currently Research Professor at Department of Biotechnology, Konkuk University, Seoul, Korea. Dr. Bui Hong Thuy obtained her Ph.D. in the field of Reproductive Biotechnology in 2005 from Kobe University, Japan. Prior to coming to Konkuk University, Dr. Bui Hong Thuy is a special research scientist (Postdoctoral) at the Laboratory for genomic reprogramming, Center for Developmental Biology, RIKEN Institute, Japan, a world-class research institute in Developmental Biology. Dr. Bui Hong Thuy is committee member of Asian Reproductive Biotechnology Society (ARBS,http://www.arbsociety.org/) and Associate Editor of Reproductive Biotechnology Journal (http://www.arbsociety.org/public/journal/).
Dr. Bui Hong Thuy’ research is focused on Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), embryology, cell reprogramming, embryonic stem (ES) cells, preimplantational development, epigenetic reprogramming, and regenerative biomedicine. Dr. Bui Hong Thuy has published many scientific paper in international journals such as Reproduction (England), Developmental Biology (USA), Journal of Reproduction and Development (Japan). Development (England), PNAS (USA), Stem cell (England) etc..
